As of May 2026, we are no longer accepting new SDP transition clients due to a full caseload. Please reach out to your regional center service coordinator for a list of vendored Independent Facilitators. This message will be removed when/if we have additional availability for new SDP transitions in the future.

Are you ready to transition into the Self-Determination Program?

In order for us to work together, you must:

• Be an active California Regional Center client who is at least 3 years old (not in Early Intervention)

• Have completed the SDP orientation via your regional center or the California State Council on Developmental Disabilities

• Be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and served by Golden Gate Regional Center (GGRC)
